xmms aac plugin update

as i dev the aac plugin for lamip i have update the configuration stuff for the xmms-aac plugin
so if you have a new version of libfaad2 newer than the 1.1 you could link it dynamicly with the plugin.
if you don't have the libfaad2, the library is linked staticly in the plugin.
