Playback follows Cursor? Yeah got that. Let the current song finish fist.

Cursor follows playback? Yeah got that too. Show the current song.

but why can you check both options or neither?

If you select a song it will play that one next.
I really like that feature.

Yes, you can check both or none, from Playback menu.

How can playback follow the cursor AND the cursor follow playback at the same time?

I don't get it.

Lkewise when it's neither what happens then?

They don't take out each other, it's more you have both options enabled.
When you select a track it will choose that next and the cursor will follow what's playing on next track and following.

If neither are enabled then nothing happens, obviously.
It progresses normally and not following cursor or the cursor isn't following playback either.

Just try and see what happens then you'll understand.

Phew. That was harder work than it should have been. I hope I don't get any older.

I made a couple playlists with very short samples and all became embarrassingly clear.......
