1. So if the "next" button plays the next track in the list, then guess what the "random" button does? 2. The queues origin purpose is to override the playback order, so it behaves like it should. Let's say your playback order is shuffle or random: adding some tracks to queue will override the playbackorder and play the queued tracks in desired order. Or your playback order is default and you just want to hear a selection and not the whole of an album: you add the tracks to queue. Hope you see that your experience is what should be expected once the purpose of the queue is understood. What you can do is to add the repeated track from the beginning as many times to the queue as you like to hear it and the continue filling the queue with other tracks.
If it's really impossible - it'll be sad.
