How to search properties (tool)?
How do I find all songs encoded by a specified encoder?

I tried a media library search using "nero" and "%tool% has nero", but that didn't work.  Searching in a playlist didn't do any better.

$info(tool) or %__tool%

HAS needs to be uppercase as well.
