Foobar Components to replace Winamp Plug-ins/Features?

I am thinking about (hopefully going to) moving from Winamp to Foobar2000. I have been using Winamp since version 5 first came out in 2003. I want to switch because Winamp does not support things like ASIO and Foobar uses less resources, it loads faster, and I am sure after using it I will find other things I like more about it. There is just a few things I can not live without and wanted to know how to do them with Foobar or what "Components" could do it best.

Auto-Tag... I did not see this built into Foobar. It comes with Winamp.

Media Library Organizer...

While probably not as "one-click does all" as the winamp Media Library organizer, there are a few mods and native functions allowing you to tag and move bunch of files around:
Masstagger
File operations
That being said, you could always clean your library once with winamp, and then manage your newly added files via foobar2K. I doubt a music library can change that often that one would need to run this everyday.

Not sure about ATSurround, but have a look at this mod:
foo_channel_mixer

Finally, for iPod support have a look at foo_dop

I mainly used MLO to add new music. Drag and Drop them into the library make sure the tags are correct with Auto-Tag then Right-Click>Send To>Organize Files and it would rename them then move them to desired folder structure then delete the old files and folder.

Thanks for the help.

Edit:
I will have to play around with the MLO alternatives a bit more but Channel Mixer works just as good if not better than ATSurround. I just wish it would automatically disable when I switch from my AV Receiver (7.1) to my Xonar Essence STX (Stereo). As for foo_dop the official site is down so I can't even download it.
