playcount Component Disables ToolTip Pop-ups

Using Columns UI, there is an option (Display -> Columns UI -> Playlist view -> General -> Display tooltips) that pops up a tooltip with the entire field contents when the field size is too small to display the entire field contents.

Adding the Playback Statistics component (foo_playcount.dll) -- latest download [7/13/2011 11:47 AM] -- the tooltip pop-up does not occur.  Removing the playcount component restores the tooltip pop-up functionality.
