accurate rip foobar vs cuetools

hi, im new here really, and hope im posting this in the right place.a long time ago, i ripped some cd's with eac, accurate rip enabled etc.now i have finally seen the light and started using foobar2000, and have casually been checking my albums against the accurate rip database as i play them.there's some different results coming up, i think maybe with albums only i have submitted to the database.
ill post some logs below so it is easy to see what is happening.

these checks are all done on the same files that i ripped originally in the eac log, does foobar do something differently than other programs, or maybe because i am only person who has submitted this rip is the problem somehow?
