General AacEnc GUI Encoder (Who & Where Can I Find)

These above are the file that came in the compressed and deleted Bfore I inspected it better and my cache is cleaned auto and so is my history. This is all I have to go on and I no idea how to search for a group of files at once. I'd love to find who this is made by and their site so I could try different builds but do to my ignorance these are the only clues I have to go on. There is a like to a photo at the end, please have a look and if you can help I praise you because I've been trying for days now with no luck.    :Help:
