foo_playcount 3.02 / library on portable device

I use the option "Automatically synchronize file tags with statistics" and custom columns like "$meta(play_count)"

My music collection is on a portable drive which moves daily between work and home so I wanted to use the tags rather than two separate databases.

Problem is that one machine's stats are overwriting the others. If I set a rating as 5 at home, then when I play it at work that will get overwritten with whatever is in the database.

Is there any way to force only use of tags rather than the database?

Thanks for an awesome system and plugin

How about a Portable Install of Foobar on your Portable Drive?
