upnp streaming profiles

under the menu item streaming profiles there are the following options:
transcoding to mp3: transcode always/never except extensions or except lossless and internet
decoding to pcm: decode always/never to lpcm except extensions
playback stream capture

what do i have to set if my renderer understands for example flac and i want to send them encoded? does transcode never have the same effect as transcode always except flac or except lossless?

is the same true for the option decoding to pcm?

what is playback stream capture?
