Need some help with Ripping Audio CD

Hi.
I have some Audio CD from various artists but i'm a total newbie to ripping music.
How should i start? What kind of CD/DVD Drive do i need? What software should i use to rip and then encode to mp3?
Anyone can help me out, please?

First you have to buy a computer and/or choose an operating system.

More generally (than 2 pointers to one program):
wiki: CD extractors

I don't mean to discourage you, but if you are indeed a total newbie you'll probably need to read a bit before starting. This is because we can't help you if you don't have at least a vague idea of what you want to achieve.

Are you interested in as-exact-as-possible copies of your CDs or do you just want files without audible errors? Do you want a lossless backup or are you happy with lossy files? Do you also want to tag your files or just the audio data will do?

Whatever you prefer, most of the information you'll need is already in the wiki, so it's worth to invest a bit of your time getting up to speed on what's possible and what's not. It may seem overwhelming at first but it's worth it in the long run - especially if you have hundreds of discs to rip, or more.

I don't know about "audible errors", but it would be nice to listen to a song without any error.
Well, i want to back them up as lossless in my pc and make some mp3 of them because i have an mp3 player (So i need lossless on my pc and lossy on my mp3 player), tags would be nice too.

Thank you guys for the links, i will going to read them when i have some time
