Is it possible to convert a .cda file to another format using foobar2000?

I mean a .cda file rather than an audio CD.

The only CDA files I know of are the tiny files shown in Windows on audio CDs that have no data track, and they're only references to the audio tracks on the disk.

OK thanks.  I was coming to the same conclusion with a bit of reading around.  I don't have the cda file or the CD; I'm asking this question on behalf of someone else who has said they have a cda fle they want to convert, but it may well be something else they need to be converting.
