Storing tag info for multiple languages into a file

I have some soundtracks that have tracklists available in multiple languages and I want to know if there's a way I can store both the original tracklist and the translated one and then access them via separate playlists. For example: Playlist #1 loads into the media player with the English tracklist. Playlist #2 loads into the media player with the French tracklist, etc.
