Ripping CD and TOC Question

Since this is a question about what's happening when I rip a CD I'll put it here. I hope it's the right place...Anyway....

I was ripping a CD and it has 12 tracks. Fine no issues there. But then I noticed the EAC Log and the TOC

Doesn't this mean there are 13 tracks on the CD? I looked at the CD label. Only 12 tracks listed. There's only 12 tracks on the CD cover.

EAC will only rip 12 tracks. DbPoweramp only rips 12 tracks. I tried to use Windows Media and came up with 12 tracks.

Can someone help me with this? Am I reading it wrong? Is the 13th something to do with data. I looke at the TOC of other CDs I ripped and the TOC always matches the number of tracks I can rip.
