Scroll Lock and Pause/Break keyboard shortcuts

If you bind a keyboard shorcut to CTRL+PAUSE (PAUSE being the pause/break key above the PAGEUP and PAGEDOWN keys) it sets it to CTRL+SCROLL LOCK.

The shortcut is than usable either by pressing CTRL+SCROLL LOCK or CTRL+PAUSE.

This only happens with the CTRL modifier. If you use ALT or SHIFT the PAUSE key binds as it should.
