Are there for Foobar2000 1.0 (or Column UI skin)?

Speaking of skins, are there any that are appropriate for use with IR remote from across the room?
I would like to have Foobar look like a media center or at least have big fonts that are readable from 10 ft away.
JR has the theater mode. Is there anything like it on Foobar?
