Any chance for a non-bittorrent download? I can't use torrents here at work :S

Same as with the last beta cycle (would be nice if this topic stay clean of that): Wait until all the software release sites (betanews etc.) start spreading it.

If people would rather download by HTTP than BitTorrent, I am offering to host it officially and unofficially.

For now, I have mirrored it here myself: http://fb2k.strags.com/

It will be available for as long as the time limit is valid.
