Where can I find Speex 1.2rc1 Windows binaries?

Since july, there is of course now the usual source of audio software too - RareWares:

http://www.rarewares.org/others.php

Unfortunately, since the site http://www.saunalahti.fi/~cse/ is empty, there is no more source for a Speex plugin for CoolEdit / Audition; does anyone know a mirror, or even a new location of the author?

Since july, there is of course now the usual source of audio software too - RareWares:

Since I had the source and with a couple of mods there is now a CoolEdit/Audition filter on Rarewares at the foot of the 1.2rc1 binaries.  It seems to work OK for coding and decoding in my rather limited testing.
