fooCDtect detects FLAC as MPEG

There is a Bollywood OST [Jaane Tu...Ya Jaane Na (2008)] composed and recorded digitally by A R Rahaman at his most developed studio in Asia which houses equipment like the Euphonix System 5 Audio Mixing system. The studio has been designed by Studio 440 and the state of the art equipments are from Daxco Digital. This album is claimed to be ripped (by a so called reliable underground ripper community) into FLAC, which I've downloaded from a torrent site recently. After download, I've verified the album for authenticity (being lossless) using foobar2000's fooCDtect utility as a usual practice. What I found is, 3 out of 8 files are concluded to be CDDA with probability 100~99% and rest 5 files are concluded to be MPEG with probability 95% !!! Is it possible that an original rip from a ACD can return such mixed and confusing result? Here's the verbose log of fooCDtect for ready reference.
