Airport Extreme USB disk problems

Hi, I'm trying to use an Airport Extreme with a FAT32 formatted USB drive to host my music files.  At first, they all showed up.  Then half were missing.  I have reset the Airport to factory settings, and I have renamed the drive, but the directory still doesn't show them.  However, they are there and I can get them if I type the path of a missing file into Explorer.

How can I get all my files to show up?
