Is there an easy way to change scrollbar's color?

I'm using ui_columns ,uie_albumlist @foobar2000 0.9.6

Is there a way(e.g. titleformating easier is welcome)to change scrollbar's color or even style?

I'm willing to match other background color.The default looks inconsistent.

It's consistent with your Windows theme. Change it and scrollbars will change too.
Full-quoting makes you scroll past the same junk over and over.
