Moving folders in foobar

Been trying to figure it out for awhile now. I know you can move the source folders files etc, and delete the empty folder, but i want to move the folder itself. I'm using the latest beta. I do have masstagger installed, but I'm not fluent enough to create my own scripts. Why I'm doing this is because I have a large collection of music, and i sort by genre|directories, and I want to move the genre|directories to a specific genre folder. It takes a long time to manually do it via windows. Anyone have any recommendations?

Why specifically can't you use the "move entire source folder content" + "remove empty source folders" combo? How is it different from "moving the folder itself" to you?
Full-quoting makes you scroll past the same junk over and over.

it doesnt work. it doesn't move the folder itself. it moves the files in the folder, and removes the empty folder

Thank you very much for answering my questions.

If you want to "move the folder itself" because of its precious attributes or whatever, it is not possible. The File Operations in fb2k don't work with folders on this level.

If you just want to retain the current name of the parent folders, did you try using a File Name Pattern like "%directory%\%filename%"?
