How can I use XLD's command line interface?

Hey guys.  I'm currently trying to set up a workflow for ripping and archiving my CDs.  I've come to the conclusion that the best way to do this is to use XLD to rip the CD to a single FLAC + CUE.  I want these for archiving purposes.

Now, these are useless in iTunes so I want to convert them to individual Apple Lossless files.  Here inlies the problem.  There is no easy way to quickly switch between formats and folder output structures in XLD.  So I figured I could write up a quick script that would allow me to use the XLD command line interface to split the FLAC file with the CUE file and output it to the desired folder.

I'm using the documentation on the XLD website but I have not had any success thus far.  Any ideas or alternatives?

Also, I notices that Apple Lossless is not an option that is outlined in the docs.  Is there actually a way to do this with the command line?

Thanks.
