Strange Accurate Rip log with a commercial CD

Normally I know how to rip CDs and I have ripped hundreds accurately but this one is giving me a headache, I have ripped it 3 times already and always get the same CRCs but still, well look.

the album is
Korn - Follow the leader
which is rather popular so I expect someone knows what it's about. The cd is in good shape.

For your information: the first 12 Tracks on the CD are 5 secs of silence. dont ask me why they did it that way.

Sounds like it's being ripped properly and you might have a different pressing.  I've seen other discs which for whatever reason don't include values for all the tracks and my guess would be that the silence tracks either haven't been submitted or are dropped from the database.

Have you tried searching for a match using a different offset?

How can you explain the first 12 tracks producing CRC of pure zeros??

Based on my experience, an good original CD(not CD-R copy) with over 10 confidence is highly unlikely to have any different CD pressing, particularly in above partially match pattern.

Bottom line:
The sentence 'Your CD disc is possibly a different pressing to the one(s) stored in AccurateRip.' is not true for high confidence mumbers.

AccurateRip requires a certain number of sectors to generate a CRC.

OP: You would have to say which program was used for ripping.

As has been said, there will be different pressings of the same album.

thanks for the headups, but I have my doubts about the CD I am having bein a different sole pressing, because it is a very commercial CD and even if it was a different pressing I expect 3-10 people submitting the same CRCs when the "main pressing" has a confidence of 37.

The program which I use is latest EAC, tried burst mode and secure mode. always same CRCs, other CDs result accurate.
My suspicion is a wrong setting which affects only this CD.

I too think that it's a different pressing. I've come across a few CD's where some tracks are accurate when others are not and still produce the same CRC.

The short silence tracks are perfectly normal - You will never get AR results on those.
Can't wait for a HD-AAC encoder :P

ok I investigated a bit more because I got curious and it looks like it really is a different pressing and I am going to be the first who will submit these CRCs to AccurateRip DB

In the DB there is the main set (obviously release-pressing) and 5 minor sets. I am going to submit a 6th set.

here is a graphic I prepared to clear things up.
