[proposal] cuesheet-maker component

This is the idea: I got some files with full albums WITHOUT cuesheets; in other words two o more tracks in a single file. The component do as follows: while I listen to the file I click on a button to record the position where a track ends and another track begins. Once I have individuated and recorded all the white-spaces between the tracks I click on another button to create the cuesheet for that file.

Eventually the component can have a graphical interface (a sort of spectrograph or spectrogram) aimed to individuate in a visual way the gap between two tracks.

Is there someone who can write such a component?

Why not use an existing application that is specialized for that task? One example is CD Wave.
