LAME 3.98b8

I have compiled LAME 3.98b8 for Mac OS 10.5.
Its an universal binary which run on both Intel and PowerPC Mac's.

Static build with these optimization lines:
* PowerPC -> "-O2"
* Intel x86 -> "-O2 -march=nocona -pipe"
* Intel x86_64-> "-O2 -march=nocona -pipe -arch x86_64"
