i guess you may be able to find some clip-on wireless phones but I don't think they are good.
I'll suggest you select some light weight in-ear or earbuds.

The closest thing I could think of is the Jabra BT8010; it is a stereo bluetooth headset. I would love to have some wireless earbuds that don't have a dongle hanging out, but I don't think the technology exists yet to fit a battery, bluetooth radio, and speaker into an earbud-sized device.

EDIT: The Sennheiser MX W1 looks interesting, but they cost $500.
Dissent!

These are not wireless but are suitable for sport:

The wrap around the ear rests the speaker on the ear rather than in it which allows you to hear what is going on around you albeit at the expense of bass. This is what I want but may not suit everybody. Wearing the wires between shirts keeps them out of the way and has never caused me any bother or interference. The only issues I seem to have are occasionally bashing the controls on the player and sweat down the ear canal.

I too am looking for earbuds good for sports, cycling precisely. I plan to buy a very little mp3 player, a creative zen stone for example, but cannot really see what earbud could fit well.

- obviously i need standard earbud, with no particular noise isolation, that would be too dangerous
- unlike usser, cables are absolutely not a problem. Even i don't want to bother with the energy needed with a wireless product.
So simply i need earbud with a good sound that stays in the ear while moving.

Is there anyone who can share more experience ?
