You want put "...." in you cuesheets?

ALT+174  = «
ALT+175  = »
ALT+0147 = “
ALT+0148 = ”

ALT+0132 = „

My favorites are in green. They should all work with cue files and are working with several fonts.
Wavpack Hybrid: one encoder for all scenarios
WavPack -c4.5hx6 (44100Hz & 48000Hz) ≈ 390 kbps + correction file
WavPack -c4hx6 (96000Hz) ≈ 768 kbps + correction file
WavPack -h (SACD & DSD) ≈ 2400 kbps at 2.8224 MHz

Yes, it depends on personal likes and typography style.

I rarely use guillemets, and for titles from my region, I use double low-9 (ALT+132) and right double quotation (ALT+0148) since it is the custom in the Serbian typography.

For other titles, I also prefer guruboolez's choice
