FofR: Windows Title Bar Vs. Custom Title Bar?

Hi!

I've stumbled upon Fofr, and I'm loving it.  That said, the one trouble I'm having is getting the windows-title bar to be replaced with the smooth curved titlebar that Fofr has.

Anybody know what I'm doing wrong?

FofR: Windows Title Bar Vs. Custom Title Bar?

Just put this in the main PUI code and it'll hide it for you .

$windowstyle(hidetitlebar)

Yeah!  I saw that on a previous post and tried it, but unfortunately it just gets rid of the title bar, but doesn't replace it with the fancy nice one that's on this page.

Is there something wrong I'm doing?

That being said, it has nothing to do with your foobar, it actually has to do with your Windows Visual Style. That means you have to patch up your uxtheme.dll in your System32 folder and have to get a similar looking visual style to that. Visual styles are the skins that change the appearance of Windows. You could get a similar black visual style but I can't guaranteed to find that particular one.

You are so many scoops of awesome, I can't count it.

Turns out that Fofr uses SlanXP as it's 'visual style', but I had no idea what that was until you pointed me at it.  Thanks for the info!
