ReplayGain - no action at all

Hi aGaiN..

Was on a roll with MPC encoding today and now I'm ready to adjust for clipping / scaling.  Have downloaded ReplayGain and MPC Batch Encoder.. all extracted to the same directory.. and have selected the correct folder where the MPC files are..

Never mind.. had to extract DECODE to the folder.. dooooh!!
