Linking photos to MP3 songs

I just got an MP3 player but need to link photos of albums with songs.
I seen photos, it can be done. I even downloaded the evil empire rhapsody for this purpose... did not help. Do you know how to do it?

My players are:
Insignia 2 GB Video player.
Zune 30 GB Video player.

Here is a picture of a player like mine. That's what I want to see happen.

Usually, you need to embed the album art in the file's tag to get it to display on your portable. So get a tagging software that can embed art (like mp3tag).
