100% perfect clone disc

What's the way to go about making an exact clone disc of a music disc?  I've been using EAC to make an image and then burn it with Burrrn but I'm curious if that really does create a perfect copy.  What about software like CloneCD or BlindWrite?  Do they literally create a perfect copy?

What's the way to go about this?

Thanks for your help!

Likely not, sorry, though it's possible if your hardware and/or data can account for the combined read/write offset.  Unlike EAC, Burrrn does not provide for offset correction, though there are drives with no write samples offset (based on the EAC standard) or have a combined read/write offset of zero.

Depending on the level of perfection this can get pretty complicated and may easily be unattainable.
