mass remove of ID3 field

Good day to you all,

Can anyone help me out on how to completely remove an ID3 tag user filed. I'm trying to do this on a very large library. I've tried the command line Id3 and metamp3 utils with no luck.

The Godfather can do that.

I am not too sure about this, but MP3Tag can probably do this too.
