user defined display fields

Is there a single list somewhere of all the fields that can be used in the display settings?  My current wish is to get the time remaining in a song displaying at the beginning of the title bar so that when minimized to the taskbar I can see the progress of the song.

%playback_time% gives me the elapsed time, but I don't know how to show the amount remaining...

Any clues, and directions to a field list (since there are probably options I'd like but don't even know to want them yet...)?
