Program producing wav file stats in batch mode?

I’d like to get information on a list of wav files using batch mode.  The information should be output to a file and must include peak levels and average RMS levels for both the left and right channels for each wav file in a list.  Does anyone know of a program that does this?  A script for sound forge 9 would work.
