Convert FLAC -> APE (with cue)

Can you recommend me such software, want to use APE for now on, but just can't find the program. Monkey's Audio program doesn't have support of FLAC files, Easy CD-DA Extractor can't generate 1 single file with cue sheet when reencoding, dBMusicPowerAmp can't do that too.

I like foobar2000 and it's very popular here.  Make sure you download the Monkey's Audio plugin as well.
