Adobe's Soundbooth CS3 vs. Audition 2.0

It seems Soundbooth is now being released along within the Creative Suite 3...

From looking at the demo videos, I think some tasks can now be done much easier. Can anybody say something about Soundbooth, about the functionality, bugs, restraints compared to Audition etc.?

I guess Audition is discontinued anyway, at least I got the strong impression that Adobe has no interest in developing it any further. 2.0 has some ugly bugs and it's some years old now, too. Also one thing that annoyed me a lot about Audition is that it's like a hybrid monster, sharing old filters from CoolEdit and some new filters that have a completely different look and feel. Soundbooth seems to have overcome this drawback, its usability seems to be more mature and well-developed. I also like the quick editing in the waveform/spectral view.

So who has already played around with it a little bit?

edit: typos

Luckily they are continuing development (and hopefully ironing out the annoying bugs)

Audition 3 is already available for preorder, and will be released in a few months.
