Help decoding mp3 using MATLAB

Hi guys,
i have a problem decoding mp3 and transform it to wav,the song results a total noise,i did not use any library
and i studie the iso standard to do it but the song is very noise.I think that i don't understand very good the part of polyphase filterbank.Please can anyone help me,it is my end project carreer.Thank u very much...
