Here's 30 seconds of pure stereo white noise at full scale. For some reason I was not able to get any program to compress this!

Lossless codecs didn't achieve anything however with lossy codecs the compression size was:
MP3 (LAME 3.97 EXE) @ 128 KBPS = 469 KB (480,679 bytes)
OGG (version in Audacity) @ -q 4 = 457 KB (468,556 bytes)
