Far Range FM transmitter

Hi I have a question, do you guys know any far range FM transmitters that can go far but have pretty good sound quality.  I seen whole house transmitter at http://wholehousetransmitter.com but dont know much of it.  I could have sworn I seen one that goes farther.  Whats the farest FM transmitter you guys can find?  I have a nice size proporty and just looking for a far distance FM transmitter.

You might also consider this one:

Inside the case is a trimmer pot allowing you pump up the output.  Not sure if this is legal where you are.  If the neighbors don't complain, I would be inclined not to worry about it.  You can do whatever you want on your own property.
