I just stumpled upon this.

Seems like %length% only takes the given seconds (or always rounds down without regard to the milliseconds) and the status bar rounds up/down while taking the given milliseconds into account ( >.500 or < .500).

Maybe %length% is, as choice, good enough as it's fast in ColumnsView, rounding with %length_ex% would require to much processing (even though status bar calculates 'instantly' when selecting all)...
