eXtended Module (XM) file format

I've searched all over the net and I couldn't find much on FastTracker's eXtended Module file format (that is .XM files) I also need .XI, .XP and .XT formats as well (FastTracker instruments, patterns and tracks, respectively). It's not exactly an audio codec, but I was hoping that someone might know somthing about it. Thanks.

Hmm.. I didn't know one could export seperate patterns and tracks. But IIRC you'll find infos about .XM and .XI here.

what you expected to find exactly? it's Fasttracker Module, best played with XMplay (obviously), also it can export mod tracks separately.
i think that instruments is harder to find, i saw some site that was actually selling them, so.....
If you want to create music, insert wav samples, you cant create them on your own or export samples with FT2 from already created tunes. but...you must credit the author of the original file and let him know that you use the song or just sample for something, because all tune artists credit each other when they use samples from some other artist.
