Can I finalize a data CD in Nero without adding any more files?

Is this possible with Nero 5?

If not, is there any harm in leaving a data CD unfinalized?

The only few, out of hundreds, that I've finalized are those that are so full it can't write the disk with finalizing it.

So it's nothing to worry about then - just leave them as they are?

Yes, data CDs do not need to be finalized. Audio CDs may, according to legend, not work on some CD players if they are not finalized.

I'm pretty sure Windows 1.0 and ME have compadability issues with non-finalized cds, so if you are worried about compadability, go head and finalize it.
