Convert Image to Sound

I'd like to take an image, of lets say my ex-girlfriend, and convert the image into sound, perhaps for gabba hardcore music. kidding..

but I am very curious to take an image and convert to sound, or perhaps midi. anyone know of applications capable? I have Adobe Audition 2, and I beleive I can import images, but spectral images only? Im not sure.
