"Unable to open" error with foo_dumb

Sometimes there pops up an error "Unable to open item for playback (Unsupported format or corrupted file)" when trying to play a module file that normally works fine. Next try it usually works again. It appears to occur with any file or module format, though more often with longer tracks.
