amr to mp3

Hi

Anyone know how to convert an amr file to a more popular audio file e.g wav or mp3?

Can it be done with foobar2000?

If foobar can play it, then foobar can convert it.

Edit: However, foobar 0.9 doesn't seem to support amr (which I never heard of) by default, so you might need a plugin. However, I'm not sure about this.

AMR is a format used in some cellphones for speech encoding, and is the predecessor to AMR-WB and AMR-WB+.
