"Composer" tag for FLAC

I want to use WMP and FLAC for streaming audio from NAS.

I have large classical music collection and the ability to use "composer" tag is must.  I am not happy with MP3 or Ogg Vorbis' audio quality on Hi-Fi component.  I am not interested in WMA lossless format.  I am happy with FLAC format.

I am using EAC with flac encoder.  I have add "composer" tag using %P under EAC external encoder line.

I have loaded WMPtagsupportextender plug-in and Illiminable's DirectShow filters to WMP.  WMP can recognize and read FLAC tag and play FLAC files.

Only problem is that "composer" tag is not recognized by WMP and not shown.

I have checked FLAC files and tag using TGF and dbPowerAMP, and "composer" tag is recognized by these two programs.

How can I tag FLAC files so that "composer" tag is recognized by WMP?

As much as I want to use FLAC format, if "composer" tag can not be recognized, I have to use different format for my music.

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

You need to take this up with the author of WMPtagsupportextender... he's the one who built the "middleware" to make it read the tag.  It seems some metadata (like Composer) didn't get translated...

Has anyone tried adding there Flac files to the Media Center Edition library after installing this? I dont use MCE but would be curious to see if this works.
