The track has a hidden track, or TRACK 01 INDEX 00 entry.

Your drive may not be able to rip it.

What I don't know is how long the track 01 index 00 has to be to trigger the red flag. I know 8 seconds are enough because of this CD:

Code: [Select]
REM DISCID 9F09340A
REM COMMENT "ExactAudioCopy v0.95b3"
PERFORMER "Diane Tell"
TITLE "Chimères"
FILE "Diane Tell - Chimères.wav" WAVE
 TRACK 01 AUDIO
   TITLE "Souvent longtemps énormément"
   PERFORMER "Diane Tell"
   ISRC FR60F8200100
   FLAGS DCP
   INDEX 00 00:00:00
   INDEX 01 00:08:00

Maybe 2 seconds? I guess I should go the EAC forum and ask Andre.

I have discs with gaps that are2.32 seconds which don't trigger it, so it has to be longer than that.  Perhaps anything over 3 seconds.  I don't have any albums with hidden tracks at the beginning though.

Less Than Jake - Loosing Streak is a perfect example, there is almost a full 2 minutes of audio before where track one is to start

if you rewind the track past the "official" start, you can then hear the audio

the time goes into negative minutes / seconds

Doesn't this mean your pregap will have been replaced with silence?

No, the music begins from the very first second. Should have mentioned that.
