Pass to OptimFROG

My music collection contains:

Album in single track in ape & flac
Album divided in tracks in ape & flac
Album in mdf+mds format

I want archive on DVD the lossless files and convert in lossy song to play on PC and iPod. I think the best codec to archive my music is OptimFROG. I prefer archive album all at the same way so:

How can I convert files from ape/flac to OptimFROG?
How can I unify tracks and convert in OptimFROG?
How can I convert mdf+mds image to OptimFROG?

Thanks

I know that foobar2000 0.83 could do it very well. Other transcoding app are also probably working.

foobar2000 again (convert as single file), and I don't know any other app offering this feature.

What are mdf/mds image?
Wavpack Hybrid: one encoder for all scenarios
WavPack -c4.5hx6 (44100Hz & 48000Hz) ≈ 390 kbps + correction file
WavPack -c4hx6 (96000Hz) ≈ 768 kbps + correction file
WavPack -h (SACD & DSD) ≈ 2400 kbps at 2.8224 MHz

Mount them on a virtual drive (Alcohol or Daemon Tools), load them into foobar, and then use Converter.
I'm on a horse.

You can use Daemon Tools to mount the image and rip with EAC like standard CD.

WavPack 4.3 -mfx5
LAME 3.97 -V5 --vbr-new --athaa-sensitivity 1
