Does Ac3 Acm Encoder Exist?

No way to find an ac3 acm encoder 
I would use it for real-time redirecting  audio flux to my sblive 5.1 Dolby decoder chip. It'shuold be very useful for listening divx in dolby surround even if not encoded in ac3.
Any idea? ...other methods are welcome too...

Never heard that ACM AC3-encoder would exists..
